Chantel Wilson Chase is a data scientist and measurement strategist with more than 25 years of quantitative and qualitative experience in the Boston area. She is the author of the TAP Method, a framework designed to help organizations uncover deeper, more actionable insights from their data. Grounded in employee experience as the foundation of her work, she specializes in automation, investigations, and deep-dive analysis that drive adoption, engagement, and meaningful decision-making. She holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Sociology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial Science/Mathematics. Her second—and long-awaited—book is scheduled for release in February 2026.
